Here's the second training session in my Short Sales Teleseminar Series:

9/28/07Yesterday I flew into Portland Oregon to speak at an event called "Leverage your Wealth" given by my friend TJ Marrs. I got the hotel and couldn't check in so I hung out in the bar for a while. Darn.  Anyway when my room was finally available I laid down on the bed in my clothes and shoes and fell asleep. Needless to say I woke up at about 10pm and of course was WIDE AWAKE. I flipped around the channels for a while and found.. you guessed it. Infomercials! Don't you love them? I get suckered in and watch as the next 30 minutes is spent telling me how I can spend 5 minutes a day to get flat abs in no time. It looks like I will have to slide on a zip line and then there is the air stepping machine. Air will get me in shape.. air. or I could buy the breathing technique package. And if I breathe the right way (cuz I don;t know how to breathe) I will lose weight. Then of course the good stuff starts… the real estate infomercials. They make everything look so good. the checks, the testimonials, the lush backgrounds in Hawaii or the hot cars the boats. Heck, I want to sign up for the course. ha ha! But, at the end of the day it looks like they are selling the course for cheap, there is a monthly sign up and it makes you wonder, whats the catch? the packages are all the same on these, just different pictures. All of them have 6 different "pamphlets' to make up a course. I know I have bought these late nite courses before. But everything is so generic and so basic it doesn't give you much to go by. Not any direction and only basic contracts that allow room for you to have just enough to be dangerous. And dangerous you would be!  Now I have spent about 100K on books and tapes and courses. I have bought things that were worth it three fold and others that I wish I could have my money back. that is why I give and I give and I give so much in my classes.
